Winter Rates for the 2009 Season (January 15th - March 16th)

*    6 - Night Rate        $700.00 + Tax    ($763.00)
                      ( Monday 10 AM Thru Sunday 2 PM)

*    4 - Night Rate        $550.00  + Tax    ($599.50)
                      ( Wednesday 10 Am Thru Sunday 2 PM)

*    3 - Night Rate  $450.00  + Tax    ($490.50)                               

*    2 - Night Rate    $350.00  + Tax     ($381.50)                             

Prime Time Rates for the 2009 Season (March 17th - December 31st)

*    6 - Night Rate        $1075.00 + Tax    ($1171.75)
                      ( Monday 10 AM Thru Sunday 2 PM)

*    4 - Night Rate        $835.00  + Tax    ($910.15)
                      ( Wednesday 10 Am Thru Sunday 2 PM)

*    3 - Night Rate  $690.00  + Tax    ($752.10)                               

*    2 - Night Rate    $570.00   + Tax     ($621.50)                             

*    Two-Week Rate    $1900.00 + Tax    ($2071.00)
                      (Monday 10 AM Thru Sunday 2 PM the following week

6% State Tax and 3% Lycoming County Room

Rules & Restrictions:

*    No Pets

*    No smoking

*    Please leave the cabin and grounds in the same condition as  when you
      arrive.

*    Enjoy the wildlife but it is not legal in PA. to feed the bears.

*    Fishing in Pine Creek requires a PA. fishing license.

*    Children are required to wear helmets when bicycling on the Rails to         Trails
       path throughout the canyon.
